Five Genesis albums from the Peter Gabriel era are being re-released in a 7-CD/6 DVD box set on November 11th with 5.1 DTS sound and hours of unreleased material. Their landmark 1974/75 “Lamb Lies Down On Broadway” world tour was never filmed, but this collection does have a complete performance from Belgian TV in 1972 and their appearance on Midnight Special in 1973. Make sure you have someone with you when you drop acid for this freakout. Rockheap Cares!

Posted on: July 29th, 2008 Bob Dylan’s Boots

On October 7th Bob Dylan will release the eighth installment of his Bootleg Series titled “Tell Tale Signs” This edition features unreleased recordings and alternate versions of studio sessions from the last two decades, sessions that ultimately resulted in albums like Time Out of Mind, Love and Theft and Modern Times. The two-disc set will also feature rare live performances.
